St. Sebastian Regional School, grades seven and eight, participate in the Forensics Competition every year. Students are asked to choose and memorize a speech over the course of a few weeks. After memorizing their speech, students then present to teachers and other classes as practice before the Competition. I, now in seventh grade, have been looking forward to the Forensics Competition ever since I was in second grade. Frankly, I still do. I love that our school participates in such a fun event where we can get involved and present to kids from other schools. I adored being able to take part in Forensics, and even after many months I still know my whole speech by heart.

I look forward to being able to do Forensics next school year at Saint Sebastian’s. I’m grateful that our school gives us this enjoyable opportunity. I think that the younger students will look forward to the competition and many other programs offered at Saint Sebastian for years to come! Besides the Forensics competition, we also have PJAS- a science competition held at California University. We take part in English Fest as well, and have soccer, basketball, volleyball, and cheer teams.

I’ve been at Saint Sebastian for 6 years, and every year is more eventful and interesting than the last. The memories I’ve made at this school are ones that I will cherish for a lifetime, and I’m sure that future generations that attend this school will feel the same!
